Taliban says close to 'final agreement' with U.S. to end Afghan war

The Taliban says it's close to a final agreement that would see the U.S. begin to pull its troops out of Afghanistan. The deal includes pledges from the Taliban not to allow the country to become a home for extremists. The Taliban kept up its attacks, killing 14 members of a government militia.
