Chaotic Brexit looking more likely, says top EU negotiator says

A disorderly exit from the EU by Britain has become even more likely in recent days, according to EU chief negotiator Michel Barnier. The comment comes after the U.K. Parliament again rejected alternatives to the government's unpopular Brexit plan.
