North Korea's leader arrives in Russia for first summit with Putin

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has arrived in Vladivostok, Russia for talks with President Vladimir Putin. The focus of the first ever summit is to discuss North Korea's deadlocked nuclear talks with the U.S. It's seeking support and relief from sanctions.
