Joe Biden has joined the U.S. 2020 Democratic presidential campaign. The former Vice President joins a field of 20 Democrats and will have to run hard against another older male in his own party, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, who is leading many polls and has proved to be a proficient fundraiser.
