
Hong Kong's leader, Carrie Lam, is calling on pro-democracy protesters to open a dialogue that will end weeks of unrest over a new extradition law to China. Protesters immediately rejected her plea, saying it was a trap: 'We do not trust Carrie Lam, we do not trust her lies.'
