Canada joins Britain, the Netherlands, Australia and the U.S. in condemning Russia, accusing the Kremlin's military intelligence unit of a series of cyber attacks. Targets included U.S. election systems and the chemical watchdog looking into the poisoning of Sergei Skripal in Britain, as well as some Canadian targets related to Russia's doping scandal. American officials have laid charges against seven Russian intelligence officers in connection with the cyber attacks.
