Republicans have revealed their plans to replace the Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare. Their proposal would cover fewer Americans, also eliminating fines for people who don't have health insurance. But it retains some of the popular consumer protections created by Obama - including safeguards for anyone with a pre-existing medical condition.
