
The Ukrainian president says there was 'no blackmail' in a controversial phone call with the U.S. president, one that's prompted an impeachment inquiry. Volodymyr Zelenskiy told reporters that he only learned later the U.S. had blocked hundreds of millions of dollars in military aid to Ukraine.
