Ground fighting is reported underway inside Syria near the Turkish border between Turkish soldiers and Syrian Democratic Forces, say the Kurdish fighters involved. Turkey say it has seized some of its designated targets. It also shelled part of a prison holding a large number of ISIS fighters.
