Lebanon's Prime Minister resigns amid mass demonstrations

The Prime Minister of Lebanon, Saad Hariri, has resigned, saying he's reached a `dead end.' His resignation comes on the 13th day of mass protests against corruption and incompetence of the government. Hariri called on all Lebanese to protect the safety and dignity of Lebanon.
