Google wins 'right-to-be forgotten' fight with France

Google has won a partial fight with Europe over the so called 'right-to-be forgotten' rules, after Europe's top court said Google doesn't have to remove remove links to sensitive personal data worldwide. But it does require search engines to de-reference EU member state references.
