Britain's Supreme Court has ruled that Prime Minister Boris Johnson's suspension of Parliament was illegal. Eleven judges were unanimous, saying Johnson's government shut Parliament to stop debate on its Brexit policy and parliament is technically still sitting. It can decide when to reconvene.
