China issues its citizens travel warning for Canada

China is warning its people around travel to Canada. On Tuesday it said citizens should 'fully evaluate risk' and be cautious in travelling there. It cited the 'arbitrary detention' of a Chinese national in Canada at the request of a 'third-party country.'
