French President Emmanuel Macron pays tribute to Strasbourg attack victims as Christmas market reopens

French President Emmanuel Macron paid tribute to the victims of Tuesday's attack at a Christmas market in Strasbourg that left four dead and others injured. He placed a white rose at a commemorative monument, met with policemen, soldiers and emergency responders. The Christmas market reopened earlier Friday, under high security. Authorities killed the suspect late Thursday, after confronting him on the street.
