20 people on way to birthday party killed as limousine drives through intersection in upstate New York

Twenty people have died in a crash involving a limousine in upstate New York, not far from Albany. The national transportation safety board is investigating, but officials say it will be a while before they have any answers. Safety Board chairman Robert Sumwalt says this is the most deadly transportation accident in the country in almost a decade. Police say the accident happened in a front of a country store, after the limo failed to stop at an intersection. All 18 adult passengers in the limosene were killed and two pedestrians who were struck also died.
