One million told to leave U.S. coast as Category 4 storm looms

One million residents of the coastal U.S. in North and South Carolina have been ordered to leave to safer ground as a category 4 hurricane barrels toward them. Hurricane Florence is already packing sustained winds of 220 km per hour and is expected to slam into the coast on Thursday.
