HIV drug therapy reduces transmission rate to 'zero'

Antiretroviral drugs used in the treatment of HIV have shown a huge success, effectively stopping the transmission of HIV from one partner to another. The study followed 1,000 gay couples in Europe over a period of eight years and found no new cases of HIV, despite unprotected sex.
