Puerto Rico Gov't says official number of deaths from 2017 Hurricane Maria up from 64 to 1,400 people

Puerto Rico's Government now says more than 1,400 people were killed as a result of last year's Hurricane Maria, up from the official death toll of 64. The latest figure was included in a draft report submitted to congress, asking for 139 billion dollars in recovery funds.
