The road to a nuclear deal with North Korea appears to have hit another speed bump. U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has wrapped up two days of talks in Pyongyang. He left sounding positive but North Korea has an altogether different take. They called the talks with Pompeo 'regrettable'.
