Air passengers still slowing down emergency evacuations by grabbing carry-ons, says TSB

For the third time, the Transportation Safety Board has warned about the dangers of airline passengers grabbing their personal belongings during emergency evacuations. But Transport Canada has decided not to require airlines to alert passengers about the problem, instead relying on voluntary measures.
