North and South Korea in talks to end hostilities

South Korea is considering a peace agreement with North Korea, one that would end 68 years of hostilities. A high level summit is being planned for April 27th. This precedes high level talks with the U.S. including a possible meeting between the U.S. and North Korean leaders
