Cuba's National Assembly will choose a new president by tomorrow to replace Raúl Castro. Miguel Díaz-Canel, a Vice President who was born after the revolution appears the likely pick. He is believed a cautious reformer, socially liberal and part of a new generation to govern Cuba.
