Major Asian stock indices fell sharply again Tuesday morning after a record plunge on U.S. stock markets. The Dow fell more than 1,100 points before closing on Monday. Japan's Nikkei 225 index slid on opening, dropping another 4 per cent. Hong Kong, and South Korea fell at the open.
