Explosion at Philippines volcano, alert level up as officials fear eruption is imminent

There are new fears that an active volcano in the Philippines is about to erupt. Mount Mayon is spewing ash and smoke over Albay province. Authorities have raised the alert level to 4/5 indicating a "hazardous eruption is imminent."
