Congo's ruling coaltion and opposition claim victory in election

After a chaotic election in the Congo, both the opposition and the ruling coalition say they won the vote to replace President Joseph Kabila after 18 years in power. The results are expected Tuesday. Many people were unable to cast ballots due to Ebola, conflict and logistics problems.
