U.S. says cuts to UN budget 'unrelated' to Jerusalem vote

Linking the UN budget cut — $285 million US off a budget of more than $5 billion — to the General Assembly's Jerusalem vote is more theatre than reality. Even the U.S. confirms they are unrelated.
