U.S. President Donald Trump signed two executive orders aimed at reforming financial services regulations on Friday, one requiring a review of the the 2010 Dodd-Frank Act regulating banks and the other delaying implementation of the so-called fiduciary rule requiring retirement advisers to act in their clients' best interests.
