President Obama lifts policy that lets any Cuban who sets foot on U.S. soil to become legal resident

Effectively immediately, U.S. President Barack Obama is stopping the immigration policy known as "wet foot, dry foot" which gives any Cuban the right to legally stay in America if they set foot on U.S. soil.
