Putin will not expel U.S. diplomats after Obama sanctions

Russia's president says he won't retaliate against the U.S. after it ordered 35 Russian diplomats expelled and imposed new sanctions on Russia. The move came over alleged Russian interference in the U.S. presidential election through cyberhacking.
