Northern Manitoba grand chief looks back at 2016 and the fight for MMIW

Sheila North Wilson began 2016 with hope Canadians would better understand the tragic scope of missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls. In 2017, she wants to raise awareness about the people who target them.
