Authorities charge 2 juveniles in Tennessee wildfire that killed over a dozen people

Two juveniles were charged on Wednesday in the Tennessee wildfire that claimed the lives of 2 Canadians and 14 people in total. The blaze also destroyed and damaged thousands of buildings near the Great Smoky Mountains.
