Trudeau heads to Liberia and Madagascar where he'll speak on women's rights

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is taking his feminist credentials to Africa this week. In his first official visit to the continent, Trudeau is headed to la Francophonie summit in Madagascar with a quick stopover in Liberia.
