Winter-weary Canadians can plan their vacation to Cuba without worrying about the influx of Americans — this year, anyway. The U.S. embargo is still in place for tourists, plus president-elect Donald Trump is threatening to reverse Obama's policy on Cuba. Prices are climbing, though.
