Refugee crisis, drowned Syrian boy shift focus of Canada's election campaign

The focus of Canada's federal election campaign has shifted to the Syrian refugee crisis, after images emerged of a Syrian toddler's body washed up on a Turkish beach, and B.C. relatives said their bid to get the boy's family to Canada was rejected.
