Ontario man suing prison guard after alleged assault caught on camera in prison parking lot

Paul Saliba pushed for an internal investigation after a prison guard allegedly assaulted him in the parking lot of an Ontario prison. When that seemed to have no effect, he laid a private charge and now is pursuing a civil lawsuit.
