Hamilton school board to review anti-bullying practices after teen fatally stabbed

A board spokesperson says staff have already begun a "school-level" investigation into the "behaviours" of teens arrested after the fatal stabbing of Devan Bracci-Selvey, including a 16-year-old boy and girl who were released Tuesday.
