U.K. Parliament defies PM, takes control of Wednesday agenda to vote on stopping a 'no-deal' Brexit

In the United Kingdom, 21 Tory MPs joined Labour, and other opposition MPs, to seize control of Parliament's agenda for Wednesday, when they will vote on a bill aimed at preventing Britain from leaving the European Union without a deal. Prime Minister Johnson has expelled the rebel Tory MPs, and vows to call a snap election, if the bill passes. Labour have said they would support a motion calling for an early election.
