Hurricane Dorian's advance into U.S. prompts concerns over storm surge

Now upgraded again to a Category 3 storm, Hurricane Dorian is getting close to the U.S. mainland and prompting concerns the seawater and rain could swamp the coasts of Georgia and the Carolinas.
