Three U.S. House of Representatives committees have sent a subpoena to Rudy Giuliani, Donald Trump's personal lawyer. They're seeking documents for their impeachment inquiry. Guiliani has been a central figure in the Ukraine affair. He's admitted he travelled to that country to try to dig up dirt on Joe Biden.
