Canadian law can't punish some peacekeepers for sex misconduct abroad — and the UN isn't happy about it

CBC obtained hundreds of pages of internal documents, memos and emails from Global Affairs Canada that confirm that six peacekeepers who were found to have engaged in sexual misconduct in Haiti received few, if any, sanctions.
