Almost 65,000 still without power in Nova Scotia

The number of homes and businesses without power continues to dwindle across the Maritimes, three days after Dorian pummelled the region. Roughly 65,000 Nova Scotia customers were still without power early Wednesday, along with 10,000 homes and businesses on Prince Edward Island.
