Israel is allowing U.S. Democratic Rep. Rashida Tlaib to visit the West Bank to see her ailing 90-year old grandmother. Tlaib said she would respect restrictions during the humanitarian visit. But Tlaib and Rep. Ilhan Omar are banned from a political visit to the West Bank.
