Families of fallen soldiers to attend 'highly emotional' re-dedication of Afghan cenotaph

Up to 1,100 people, including hundreds of families of fallen Canadian soldiers, are expected in Ottawa Saturday to attend a re-dedication ceremony for a battlefield cenotaph marking the Afghan war.
