Hundreds of thousands of Puerto Ricans filled the streets of San Juan demanding the U.S. territory's Governor resign. Governor Ricardo Rossello is under fire after almost 900 pages from an online chat group were released, including sexist and homophobic attacks on opponents. There is also outrage over ongoing political corruption, Puerto Rico's weak economy and the bungled response to the devastating 2017 hurricane. On Sunday, Rossello announced he would not seek re-election next year. But Monday, demonstrators said they want him gone now.
