Opioid crisis may lead to more injuries for long-term care workers

The opioid crisis may be leading to more injuries on health care staff at some facilities because the patients - sometimes brain damaged - are younger, stronger and more aggressive, says the Nova Scotia Nurses' Union. Injuries like broken arms, smashed noses and strains are showing up.
