The officials in Iran have confirmed the country will breach a nuclear agreement beginning today.The plan involves enriching uranium to a point much closer to weapons grade. The deal was called a landmark achievement when it was signed in 2015, but the U.S. pulled out last year. France has been trying to negotiate with Iran to save the deal. The president Emmanuel Macron says he has spoken to Iranian president, Hassan Rouhani, and that they are considering entering into talks.
