Russian ice breakers push into Arctic for new oil and gas

Russia's new fleet of modern ice breakers is pushing into the Arctic, leading a pack of nations in a $180 billion bid to extract oil and gas as the Arctic melts. Canada has banned hydrocarbon exploration on its side of the Arctic and declared climate change a national emergency.
