U.S. Congress threatening to go to court and enforce subpoenas in probe into possible obstruction of justice

U.S. Congress is threatening to go to court and enforce subpoenas in it's investigation into possible obstruction of justice. Former White House counsel Don McGahn skipped his hearing today, something he was told to do by the White House. The Committee has also today issued subpoenas to former White House officials Hope Hicks and Annie Donaldson.
