Ottawa to begin talks with Mi'kmaq First Nation about Aboriginal title in New Brunswick

Crown-Indigenous Relations Minister Carolyn Bennett and Elsipogtog Chief Arren Sock have signed a memorandum of understanding that will launch discussions about the Mi'kmaq First Nation's claim of Aboriginal title to a third of New Brunswick.
