SNC-Lavalin is taking one more try at getting a deferred prosecution agreement. It is filing an appeal at the Federal Court -- which tossed out the company's case in March. Now, the company is asking the court to take a new look at the case. It's based on information Jody Wilson-Raybould gave at the Justice Committee hearings last month.
